From the venue’s own website, or a menu PDF it hosts. When only a newspaper or blog mentions a deal, we mark it “press” until the restaurant posts it too.

Is this a live map of what is pouring right now?

Typical tonight uses published windows in Salt Lake City local time. Windows use posted hours in local time. or check-in. If a window is not on a public page we cite, it stays soon, press, or unverified.
